Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION + APPOINTMENT POLICY Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect my time and other clients, the following policies are in place: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment • Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed (no-shows) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service • Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to be rescheduled and will be subject to a 50% fee By booking, you agree to these policies. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time. — WHAT TO EXPECT — I specialize in natural, healthy nail growth using structured and hard gel, paired with detailed nail art for long-lasting, high-quality results. For added length or a full-service experience, I also offer Gel-X extensions and pedicures, all tailored to your individual preferences. Appointments are not rushed—please allow 2–4 hours depending on your service and design. Each set is customized to you to ensure the best outcome. CONTENT NOTICE Photos and short videos may be taken during or after your service for portfolio and promotional purposes. Client privacy is always respected—please let me know at any time if you prefer not to be photographed or recorded.
